Today i would like to share the recipe of Masala chai or Tea by boiling tea power along with Ginger spices to make it more flavourful & aromatic. Tea is made in every household in India because elders can't do without it. Their day starts with a cup of tea that refreshes them, and it's the perfect option to wipe away all tiredness in the evening. That's why Indians love tea so much. You must try this recipe—you'll fall in love with tea too. Tea is famous all over the world now. Have you ever tried it? You must give it a try once. You’ll understand yourself why Indians are so crazy about it.

Ingredients 📃
• 2 tbsp tea powder.
• 2 green cardamoms.
• 2 black pepper.
• 2 cloves.
• 1 inch ginger.
• 1 half cup milk.
• half cup water.
• Sugar to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳

Boil the water in the pan.

Add grated Ginger, cardamon, black pepper and cloves, let it boil for 2 mins in low flame or until you get the nice aroma.

Then add tea leaves.

simmer it for another 3-4 minutes, keep it boiling. The more you boil and reduce the tea, the richer its flavor becomes.
Tip: you can use any brand of Tea Leave.

now add milk, sugar.
If you avoid sugar and don't want to add it, there's no need to. You can also drink it unsweetened; it tastes great that way too.

Bring it to boil and brew for 2 minutes.
Turn off the flame and strain it through a sieve to separate the tea leaves and spices from the tea.

finally, serve the masala chai with biscuits or with any breakfast recipes
