Today i would like to share the recipe of sweet corns pulao, pulao is the flavoured rice with vegetable of your choice coated with indian spices. It's easiest and single pot recipe, when 'm too tired feel lazy cook anything, pulao is the only solution of my laziness and empty stomach ๐ You can add Vegetable of Your choice, as no vegetable available in my house, so i add only sweet corns into it....

Ingredients ๐
โข 2 cup of Rice
โข 100 gram of Sweet corns.
โข 1 tbsp of cumin seeds.
โข Pinch of asafoetida.
โข Salt to taste.
โข pinch of turmeric.
โข 2 tbsp of oil.
โข 1 tbsp garam masala.
โข water as required.
Preparation
Rinse rice with water a couple of times.soak the rice in enough water for 30 to 40 minutes.
Later drain all the water from the soaked Rice, rinse it again with fresh water. Now your rice is ready to cook.
Process ๐งโ๐ณ
Heat the oil in the pressure cooker.
Add the cumins seeds..
when cumins seeds start to sputter, add asafoetida.
Now add the soaked rice and Sweet corns.
Add the garam masala.
Add the water to cover the cover. Saute rice gently for 1 to 2 minutes on a low to medium-low heat, so that the rice gets well coated with the oil.
Close the lid, wait for 2 whistle at medium flame.
Your Sweet corn pulao is ready to serve. you can paired it with pickle, green chutney or curd or papad to make it more flavourful and delicious.
