Today i would like to share the Recipe of Coconut Chutney - It's south indian Condiment serve with Idli & Dosa. It is an Simple Chutney recipe made up of mainly three Main ingredients - Roasted Peanuts, Curd and Grated Coconut. It is one of favourite chutney i would like to have it with Onion Pakoda, chilla, Paratha etc. This simple chutney is healthy and Tasty too as it is made from peanuts. You can also refrigerate and can be eaten 3 to 4 days with any of your breakfast or Tea snacks. Let me know, did you like Indian chutney ?

Ingredients 📃
• 200 Grams peanut.
• 3 tbsp of Grated Coconut.
• 1/2 of Curd.
• Green Coriander leaves.
• Salt to taste.
• Water as required.
For tempering
• 4 tbsp of Oil.
• 1 tbsp of Mustard seeds.
• Pinch of Asafoetida.
• 2 Dried Red Chilli (optional).
• 10-11 Curry leaves.
Process📃
Heat the Pan/kadai Roast the peanuts, untill it becomes brown in colour.
when your peanuts roasted well, it peels get out. wait untill it get completely cool out.
Take a grinding Jar, put the roasted peanuts, curds, grated coconut, green Coriander leaves and Salt to Taste.
Grind to smooth paste adding water as required neither make too running nor too thick. Maintain its consistency.
For Tempering
Take the tadka pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, Curry leaves, turn off the flame.
Pour the tempering to your chutney, mix it Well. you can also refrigerate the chutney
Serve Coconut chutney with Idli or Dosa.
