Chocolate Brownie Recipe- Tempting & Delicious in taste..

Hello Friends, How are you all ?? Wishing you all happy and prosperous life Ahead.

Today i would like to share the recipe of Chocolate brownie made-up of flour and chocolate, it's appearance and texture are same as cake, but have a hard density with a fudgy consistency. Baking is actually not my type but still try one more recipe, which came out perfect, beyond my expectation. As Baking need perfect Ratio and Patience for something very delicious. You can try this easy recipe aa it is prepared with common ingredients. You can serve the brownie with tea or as dessert, to make it more tempting garnish it with melted chocolate and choco chips, depending on your Choice.

Ingredients 📃


• 2 tbsp of Curd.
• 2 tbsp of Refined Oil/Melted Butter.
• 1 cup condensed milk.
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 100 gram maida
• 20 grams cocoa powder
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• 150 grams dark chocolate.
• 4 tsp of Rainbow Sprinkles.

In a bowl, take a fresh curd.

now add refined oil or Melted Butter.

Place a sieve over the bowl and add maida, cocoa powder , baking powder, and salt. Sift the ingredients to ensure there are no lumps. Mix we so that everything combine well.

Now add the cold milk, Gently mix the batter using the cut-and-fold method.

Mix thoroughly, don't over mix the batter, as this can make the brownie hard. Remember - The batter should have a thick ribbon consistency, so don't too much milk into it.

Grease the baking container with refined oil/melted butter, dust some whole purpose flour/Maida.

Pour the batter into a cake pan. Tap the pan lightly to level the surface and remove any air bubbles.

Preheat the oven and bake at 160°C for 25-30 Minutes.

Check your brownie with inserting the Toothpick, if it comeout with clear then your brownie is ready.

Tip 1 : The baking time varies with various oven type and the temperatures are not the same.

Tip 2 : Remember not to open the oven door until ¾ of the cake is baked, otherwise your cake will Shrink. So be Careful.

Once baked, allow the brownie to cool completely in the tray. Then Take out the cake just by taping the tray. you can serve hot brownie

To make it more tempting, Refrigerate it, then melt some dark Chocolate in the bowl.

Let the cake cool completely before you spread the chocolate glaze on it, then Garnish it with Rainbow Sprinkles.

Omg, it looks like that favorite brownie I often buy during recess in the canteen on my elementary days. Though crushes peanuts it the toppings of it. But gosh, this looks really good. Looks easy to make too. I am sure I can do with steaming the bread but, the texture would be different. I want a kinda toasted edges of the bread 🤤🤤💓🌼🕺✨

In these days in trying to avoid sweets I eat too much on Easter days but these brownies are super tempting 🥰
