Ingredients 📃
• ½ cup boondi.
• 1 cup Fresh curd(yogurt).
• ¼ tsp cumin powder(jeera powder).
• ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
• salt to taste.
• 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves.
Process 👨🏻🍳

In a big bowl, take a fresh home/ready curd, whisk to make smooth & Creamy.

Now add red chilli powder, you don't like to red chilli powder, you can add chopped green chilli.

Now add salt.
Tip : If you are going to serve raita immediately, then add salt; otherwise, add it at the time of eating because adding salt makes the curd sour, which does not taste good.

Now add cumin powder.
I added homemade ground cumin masala here, which is very easy to make; simply roast the cumin and then blend it.

Add the boondi, mix it well, so that everything combined well.

Refrigerate it to make cool, serve Boondi raita in your meal to make your food more delicious and Healthy.
