Hello friends how are you all? I hope you all are doing well. I am also fine. I am back with a new blog. Today I have shared a new recipe with you guys. The name of this recipe is Gosht Palak. I actually made it with my mom and I thought of sharing the recipe step by step with all of you. I usually don’t like spinach very much, but when it is cooked with beef, it tastes really delicious. Ingredients needed


Spinach
Coriander
Spring onions
Onion
garlic
Beef
Salt
Red chilli powder
dry fenugreek leaves
Oil


Preparing the Vegetables


To make Gosht Palak, first we need to finely chop two bunches of spinach, one bunch of coriander, and one bunch of spring onions properly.



Cooking the Meat


After chopping the vegetable's I took 1 kg of beef. I washed it properly and cut it into small pieces, and then added it to the pressure cooker. After putting the meat into the pressure cooker I added four cups of water. Then I chopped two onions and some garlic and added them into the pressure cooker as well.



Adding Spices


Now it was time to add the spices. I added one tablespoon of salt, two tablespoons of red chili powder, and one and a half tablespoons of dry fenugreek leaves. After that I added oil according to my estimate, you guys can add one big spoon of oil. Then I closed the pressure cooker and cooked it on medium flame for around 30 mins.



Boiling the Spinach


After that, I took the chopped spinach and added it into a pot. I also added a little water and left it to boil. When it was fully boiled and ready, I removed it from the pot.



Final Cooking


After 30 min's the meat had become tender, so I opened the pressure cooker and added the chopped spring onions and coriander into it. After that I also added the boiled spinach and cooked everything again for around 5 to 10 minutes. And just like that, our yummy and delicious Palak Gosht was ready.
