Restaurante del Mac Resort en Ko Chang [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! además del restaurante 15 Palms Beach Resort en Ko Chang, nosotros también visitamos otros restaurantes ya que teníamos varios cerca del hotel donde nos estabamos hospedando, así que otro de ellos fue el Mac Resort que como ven en las fotos también está ubicado frente al mar y es que este lugar se encuentra cerca del restaurante 15 Palms.

Al llegar allí, un chico muy amablemente nos atendió, y debo decir que también tienen un menú bastante amplio incluyendo comida de Tailandia y hasta pizza, pero como era tarde y teníamos hambre Pawel y yo decidimos comer pizza para no pensar mucho y para Olivia le ordenamos por supuesto sus nuggets y papas fritas, además ordenamos un jugo de limón y un refresco para nosotros.

No tardaron mucho tiempo cuando nuestra comida y las bebidas ya estaban en la mesa, así que punto positivo para servicio y atención pero debo decir que aunque toda la comida estaba buena pudo ser mejor, por lo que sin duda alguna diría que nos gustó más la pizza en 15 Palms pero supongo que es cuestión de gustos, además algo que no me gustó de aquí es que pedí un jugo de limón (para Olivia) y me trajeron una soda con limón por lo que no pude darle esta a ella y terminó tomando agua.

La decoración del plato de Olivia y del jugo fue muy linda pero lo más importante para nosotros es comer sabroso, así que no volvimos allí, pero nos gustó mucho la atención y el lugar y es que las sillas eran muy cómodas. Los precios diría que son como el promedio de los restaurantes de esa zona, así que no hay queja de eso y muchos menos del resort ya que no nos hospedamos en este pero se veía muy genial para quedarse. Así que si deciden ir a este restaurante, esta fue nuestra experiencia, quizá debimos probar más platos allí o quizá no, pero como les dije antes comimos bien pero pudo ser mejor.

Hi everyone! In addition to the 15 Palms Beach Resort restaurant on Ko Chang, we also visited other restaurants since there were several near the hotel where we were staying. One of them was the Mac Resort, which, as you can see in the photos, is also located right on the beach and is actually quite close to the 15 Palms restaurant.

When we got there, a guy very kindly served us, and I have to say they also have a pretty extensive menu including Thai food and even pizza, but since it was late and we were hungry, Pawel and I decided to get pizza so we wouldn’t have to think too much, and for Olivia we ordered her nuggets and fries, of course. We also ordered a lemonade and a soda for ourselves.

It didn’t take long for our food and drinks to arrive at the table, so kudos for the service and attention, but I have to say that while all the food was good, it could have been better. So without a doubt, I’d say we liked the pizza at 15 Palms better, but I guess it’s a matter of taste. Also, something I didn’t like here is that I ordered a lemonade (for Olivia) and they brought me a soda with lemon, so I couldn’t give that to her and she ended up drinking water.

The presentation of Olivia’s dish and the juice was really pretty, but what matters most to us is that the food tastes good, so we didn’t go back there. That said, we really liked the service and the place—the chairs were especially comfortable. I’d say the prices are about average for restaurants in that area, so no complaints there—and certainly none about the resort, since we didn’t stay there, but it looked like a great place to stay. So if you decide to go to this restaurant, this was our experience. Maybe we should have tried more dishes there, or maybe not, but as I said before, we ate well, though it could have been better.
