Yesterday for dinner, my husband and I wanted to eat something different but we did not want to buy food, rather we wanted to prepare something, but something easy, fast and delicious, so we came up with a potato lasagna since we had most of the ingredients at home and I tell you that it was so delicious that I could not help but share the recipe with you, also if it was a very simple recipe and is great to share with several people, so now I share it with you too, I hope you like it.

Para empezar, vamos a cocinar las papas (preferiblemente papas grandes), las cocinamos con piel, bien lavadas y en agua con sal por aproximadamente 15 minutos. No dejarlas mucho tiempo más ya que no deben quedar muy blanditas pues así será difícil cortarlas. Por otro lado vamos a rallar una zanahoria mediana, cortamos cebolla, apio españa y pelamos ajo, todo al gusto.
To begin, we are going to cook the potatoes (preferably large potatoes), we cook them with skin, well washed and in salted water for approximately 15 minutes. Do not leave them much longer since they should not be too soft because it will be difficult to cut them. Seguidamente vamos a agregar pasta de tomate y también le agregamos puré de tomate, ponemos fuego bajo y dejamos cocinar la carne por unos 25 minutos aproximadamente, antes de apagar probamos para rectificar el punto de sal y si es necesario agregar más y listo.

Por cierto las papas que ya estaban listas, las cortamos en rodajas grandes y ahora con la carne lista también, es hora de armar nuestra lasaña de papas, para esto en una refractaria que anteriormente engrasamos, vamos a poner primero papas, luego carne y luego queso y así sucesivamente hasta llenar la refractaria o acabar con los ingredientes, dejando como capa final el queso. Luego llevamos al horno precalentado a 180 grados por unos 30 minutos aproximadamente y listo, así es como quedó lista nuestra deliciosa lasaña, es una receta muy fácil verdad? incluso si desean pueden agregarle alguna salsa blanca que seguro también queda sabrosa, a nosotros nos encantó así y fue una deliciosa cena.
