Hola a todos, espero que sus días estén yendo de maravilla. Hoy paso por aquí para contarles un poco de un antojo que teníamos desde hace unos días. Desde la competencia de crossfit en la que José participó, estábamos antojados de probar un asado similar o parecido al que comimos allá pero desafortunadamente no lo encontrábamos. De repente ayer, caminando por el parque de Sabaneta, vimos un stand donde vendían asados al barril y cuando lo estaban sirviendo se veía tan apetitoso que no dudamos un segundo probarlo. Vendían bandejitas personales o para compartir así que nos compramos una de 50 mil pesos colombianos para los dos.
Para acompañar nos compramos una coca cola para los dos y cuando nos llegó el pedido a la mesa les cuento que estaba como se veía. Sabrosisimo. Está bandeja para compartir traía arepas, platanitos, chimichurri, chicharrón, costilla, bondiola, chorizo, morcilla, papa y guacamole. La verdad estaba muy completo y estaba jugoso como me gusta. La otra vez probamos una y la carne estaba muy seca por eso no nos pareció tan buena. Pero este stand que vimos en el parque de Sabaneta nos encantó tanto que sin duda volveríamos muchas veces más. Así que ya saben, si quieren comer algo así aquí en Medellín, no duden en visitar San Barril. Esto fue todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado. Nos leemos en un próximo post. Un abrazo

Hello everyone, I hope your days are going great. Today I stop by to tell you a little bit about a craving we had for a few days. Since the crossfit competition in which Jose participated, we were craving to try a barbecue similar or similar to the one we ate there but unfortunately we couldn't find it. Suddenly yesterday, walking through the park in Sabaneta, we saw a stand where they were selling asados al barril and when they were serving it, it looked so appetizing that we didn't hesitate for a second to try it. They were selling little trays to share or for personal use, so we bought a 50 thousand Colombian pesos tray for the two of us.
To go with it we bought a coke for both of us and when the order arrived at the table I tell you that it was as it looked. Very tasty. This tray to share had arepas, platanitos, chimichurri, chicharrón, ribs, bondiola, chorizo, blood sausage, potato and guacamole. The truth was very complete and it was juicy as I like it. The other time we tried one and the meat was very dry so we didn't think it was that good. But we loved this stand that we saw in the Sabaneta park so much that we would definitely come back many more times. So you know, if you want to eat something like this here in Medellín, don't hesitate to visit San Barril. That was all for today, I hope you liked it. See you in a future post. Best regards
