Buenos días @mariiale1979 , a parte de que la receta me parece que esa sopa tiene que estar muy buena. Además esa carne tiene que ser de calidad excelente, aunque contenga algo se sal.

        It is a white meat that is recommended for its low fat content. It was well seasoned with salt because of the way I wash it, but that won't happen to you if you buy goat meat. It is a healthy alternative. Cheers, mate.
