Hello, dear cooking lovers, especially bakers. I'll be showing you step by step how to make a cake decorated with Italian meringue, to give to a friend.
✓1 Kilo de harina de trigo leudante.
✓500 gramos de mantequilla.
✓1 kilo de azúcar.
✓ 6 Huevos.
✓1/2 Cucharadita de polvo para hornear.
✓ 500 ML de leche líquida.
✓Esencia de tu preferencia.
INGREDIENTS
✓1 kilo of self-rising wheat flour.
✓500 grams of butter.
✓1 kilo of sugar.
✓6 eggs.
✓1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
✓500 ml of liquid milk.
✓Flavor of your choice.
This cake is a basic recipe, which I made with two levels and decorated with Italian meringue, with a white background and pink decoration. For my part, it is a gift I gave to a friend whom I have much to thank. Stay so you know the step by step

To begin my preparation, I add the butter to a bowl and beat until smooth.

Add the sugar and beat until dissolved or until the mixture turns white.

Let's add the eggs one by one and beat.

Add the tablespoon of baking powder.

Add the sifted wheat flour to the mixture and whisk. Add the essence of your choice, in this case I used shortbread.

Add a small portion of the milk and whisk. Continue adding the wheat flour, little by little, followed by the milk until you have combined the last portion, without over-whipping.

Once the mixture is ready, transfer it to a greased and floured baking dish. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
For the decoration, I prepared the Italian meringue, placed the cakes on top of each other, and began the decoration work. I put a white background and made light pink rosettes. In the initial photo, I show you how it turned out.
