Una de las cosas que amo es la comida rápida, esa que preparan a base de carne, pollo, chorizo y papa, ya que como es un poco costoso prepararlo en casa, una buena opción es comerla en la calle. Asi que durante mi último paseo por el centro comercial ya nos habíamos propuesto como plan pedir esa comida, la venden por peso así que no suelen vender mucho, pero ya con poco quede bastante llena porque este platillo tenía un poco de todo lo que mencioné antes, con un poco de salsa y mayonesa por encima.

Habían varios restaurantes que nos llamaban la atención que vendían este tipo de comida, subimos a la parte de arriba el último piso, la famosa feria de comida, algunos por la hora ya estaban cerrados pero al bajar, encontramos uno abierto que es en dónde nos decidimos quedarnos a comer. La comida estaba buena, la verdad hacia mucho que no comida este tipo de comida junta, aquí le llamamos papas mixtas y en otras partes salchipapas porque también incluye salchicha picante, a esto le agregamos unos vasitos de refrescos que de esto tenemos una anécdota, resulta que cuando pagamos, a mi me vendieron un refresco y luego mi novio al ir a retirar la comida le dieron otro jaja, y al final tuvimos dos refrescos, no es algo que pasa todos los días así que aprovechamos esa confusión para disfrutar un poco ahí en el lugar y llevar el otro para la casa.

Hubo otra comida que me llamó la atención, un pasticho con un delicioso gratinado, pero ese si que pesaba mucho así que no iba a comer mucha cantidad, ya será para una próxima oportunidad.

One of the things I love is fast food, the kind made with meat, chicken, chorizo, and potatoes. Since it's a bit expensive to make at home, a good option is to eat it on the street. So during my last trip to the mall, we had already decided to order that food. They sell it by weight, so they don't usually sell much, but even with a small amount, I was quite full because this dish had a little bit of everything I mentioned before, with a little sauce and mayonnaise on top.

There were several restaurants that caught our attention selling this type of food. We went up to the top floor, the famous food court. Some were already closed due to the time, but on the way down, we found one that was open, which is where we decided to stay and eat. The food was good. To be honest, it had been a long time since I had eaten this type of food. Here we call it mixed potatoes, and in other places, salchipapas because it also includes spicy sausage. We added a few cups of soda, which brings us to an anecdote. It turns out that when we paid, they sold me a soda, and then when my boyfriend went to pick up the food, they gave him another one, haha. In the end, we had two soft drinks. It's not something that happens every day, so we took advantage of the confusion to enjoy ourselves a little there and take the other one home.

There was another dish that caught my attention, a pasticho with a delicious gratin, but it was very heavy, so I wasn't going to eat much of it. Maybe next time.
