Hi to all friends in the Hive Food community. This is my first post and I hope I follow all the rules. Namely, I'm not much of a cook, but I like to prepare dishes that are quickly prepared and not cooked, and at the same time are very healthy because I use healthy ingredients.So let's see together what I have prepared for you today. My cake is made with only two ingredients, with the addition of some nuts as decoration.
You need the ingredients for my cake
6 bananas
400 g. dark chocolate
Walnuts or hazelnuts for sprinkling if desired
Let's start with bananas. Peel them and put them in a blender. If you don't have a blender, you can chop it with a regular fork
In the meantime, melt the chocolate. You can do it in the microwave. This time I melted it over steam. I mashed the bananas and mixed it all together. Mix well and prepare the mold where you will pour the cake. I also put paper so that it doesn't accidentally stick and it's easier to wash the dishes. I look like a lazy chef
Now the cake goes in the fridge. It is best to let it stand overnight to set well. As you can see in the photo, I added chopped walnuts because I love them. When my wife prepares it, she adds roasted hazelnuts chopped into leaves. In the summer, we often make ice cream with this cake, also made from fruit, and add a few scoops.We often have a problem with high blood sugar, so we basically eat healthy because our cakes are always sugar-free. By the way, when our children come over, my wife knows how to make a wonderful chocolate cake, very sweet, so I sometimes eat it, even though it's dangerous for us who are already over 50. Live a healthy life and you will live happily.And now I can eat my cake without a guilty conscience
