This cake that I presented is a chocolate cake 🍫 which I divided into 3 layers to place two delicious fillings, these fillings are one of white chocolate and the other of pistachio 🍰 to be able to fill after cutting the layers I used an acetate to keep the shape of the cake, first place the filling below being white chocolate, then place the other filling on top being the pistachio, reserve and take to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Este pastel que presentó es un pastel de chocolate 🍫 el cual dividí en 3 capas para colocarle dos rellenos deliciosos, estos rellenos son uno de chocolate blanco y el otro de pistacho 🍰 para poder rellenar luego del corte de las capas hice uso de un acetato para que me mantuviera la forma del pastel, primero coloque el relleno de abajo siendo chocolate blanco, luego coloque el otro relleno en la parte superior siendo el de pistacho, reserve y lleve a la nevera por 3 horas.
