On different occasions I have made bread, always to share at home, never for sale, so my knowledge is also very basic. Where I am taking my courses, a baking course was available 🍞👩🏻🍳 so I decided to attend that class which was on Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm.
They taught us 3 types of breads and different fillings, this also included kneading techniques, fermentation time, leavening, many tips that some I knew and others not, so it was very useful. Among the breads I learned to make were whole wheat bread, bread with olives and sun-dried tomatoes, also bread with chocolate 🍫 all a delight, my result was more than perfect in flavor and presentation, it was truly exquisite. I can say that this course was very helpful to advance in bread making, so I was mega satisfied. 💖
En diferentes ocasiones he elaborado pan, siempre para compartir en casa nunca para la venta por lo que también mis conocimientos son muy básicos, en donde me encuentro haciendo mis cursos estaba disponible un curso de panificacion 🍞👩🏻🍳 así que decidí asistir a esa aula la cual fue el sábado de 9 am a 6 pm.
Nos enseñaron 3 tipos de panes y diferentes rellenos, en esto también incluía las técnicas de amasado, el tiempo de fermentación, de ledudado, muchos tips que algunos conocía y otros no así que fue de mucha utilidad, entre los panes que aprendí hacer fue el pan integral, pan con aceitunas y tomate seco, también pan con chocolate 🍫 todo una delicia, mi resultado fue más que perfecto en el sabor y en la presentación, fue realmente exquisito, puedo decir que este curso fue de mucha ayuda para avanzar en la elaboración de panes así que quede mega satisfecha. 💖
