Una mezcla de sabores que pocas veces se pueden disfrutar. EL estilo chileno viene dado por la entrada de cebolla y tomate pero en este caso el estilo chileno viene dado por tener los contornos de Palta y papas duquesas.
La mezcla de mar y tierra se da principalmente con la union del asado de anillos de calamares representando el mar y la carne de vacuno uruguayo y longaniza representando la tierra.
Proteina: anillos de calamares, vacuno uruguayo y longaniza picante sasonado con ajo y pimienta.
Contorno: Palta y papa duquesa.
Papa duquesa: Es papa cosida y mezclada con un poco de leche y harina de trigo y luego cuando la mezcla este un poco rigida es que se puede dar la forma de pelota.
Preparacion: En el sarten pasar un papel con aceite vegetal y luego lanzar las bolitas con llama mediana para que se sellen por fuera y se cocinen mas por dentro pero manteniendo el exterior quemado y crujiente.
Es una mezcla de sabores unica y con un alto contenido proteinico, potasio y aceite vegetal de la palta.
