Im curious of the Siopao, it sounds tasty. Thinking it may taste like our breaded pastries (such as a runza) that are stuffed with meat, onions, and cabbage or other varieties. The bread on yours looks more enticing though. Ours are of baked bread not steamed. I guess i will have to try sometime. So fitting as I recently heard thier is food truck here that sells fillipino goodies.
