This looks so yummy!! It's winter here in Cape Town which definitely has me craving meals like this. We also have Maggie 2 minute noodles here in South Africa! This recipe reminds me so much of my first flat where I was working myself to the bone to pay my rent but I was so proud of myself for having my very own apartment and being completely independent! It did mean living on 2 minute noodles and snackwiches (toasted sandwiches) though! Lol. One thing I never compromise on is fresh garlic though! that and a few other ingredients to bulk up the nutritional value of the meal and of course, cheese, and there you go! Instant noodles for the win!
