Home made food are often the best and with no doubt. We care for every ingredients we use and ensure that our families enjoy the best of the meal we prepare. Each time there is a special delicacies from the kitchen everyone is happy.

Some foods are unique and cannot be prepared on a daily basis unless on special occasions and if we want to give our families a treat. Been unique means that they take so much process and time before they are ready on the table and at other times they require some special ingredients that has to be present in the meal and they must be sought for to make the meal taste like how we desire it.
Whenever I want to prepare a special delicacy that takes time to get ready I often do this during the weekends. Once in a while on these weekend days I take time to prepare a special delicacy for my grandma and family exactly the way mama likes to eat it.
To prepare this homemade "Mossa" as we like to call it in our tribe you need the following ingredients.
Ingredients
Rice or Corn as available. Although rice is more desirable and nutritious compared to starch corn.
Flour
Vegetables oils
Yeast
Sugar
Vegetables, peppers and onions.
Making process

Soak the smashed corn or rice for a few hours and then blend it smooth in the mill

To this I added 2cups of the all purpose flour and some yeast, mixing them properly. A teaspoons ful of the yeast is enough.

You can leave this in the oven to rise up faster or leave it covered for about 2-3hours
Next step is the preparation of the vegetables and peppers which I had used to prepare some vegetables stew.

When the corn and flour mixed has risen well enough, I added some water and salt to it before proceeding to cut some onions when

We will be frying the mixture in a pot with little oil per time that has been used to properly grease the pot.

After pouring in the mixture, allow it to properly cook then flip it over so that the other side can get cooked as well. To this you will continuously add little drops of the vegetables oil per time so that they do not get burnt.

With a ready prepared vegetables stew, you can enjoy your homemade Mossa recipe in this manner

Or chose chose to eat it with some sugar or sweetener of other sought.
