great review 😍 and what a coincidence, we also visited Trogir, it was very cold and we came across the first best Calebotta restaurant with tables inside. And exactly about the good service, I really wanted pancakes, and they are as usual in the morning section, but I managed to persuade the waiter to make them for us in the afternoon with this "for beautiful eyes" trick.🤣 and this is definition of friendliness of the staff. And it is unexpectedly nice that this small town already has at least two establishments with good service, because from my experience in such historic old towns in Croatia, the service from locals is usually at a very low level.
