Today we live a very fast-paced life and sometimes we always need a little more time to rest. But we are hungry and we need to make a meal for ourselves and our family. Today I will share with you a simple recipe that is quick to make and very tasty. It takes about half an hour to prepare and the whole family can enjoy the food. My recipe is called:
DOUGH WITH BACON, CARROT, ZUCCHINI, PEPPER AND ONION

Danas živimo jako ubrzanim životom i po nekad nam je uvek potrebno malo više vremena za odmor. Ali gladni smo i trebamo napraviti obrok sebi i porodici. Danas ću podeliti sa vama jedan jednostavan recept koji se brzo pravi a vrlo je ukusan. Potrebno je oko pola sata da se spremi i cela porodica da uživa u hrani. Moj recept se zove:
TESTO SA SLANINOM,ŠARGAREPOM,TIKVICOM,PAPRIKOM I LUKOM
From the ingredients you need:
-200 g of dough
-100 g of bacon
- 1 red pepper
-1 carrot
-1 zucchini - 100 g of cheese
-2 tablespoons of oil - Vegeta to taste
- 250ml mayonnaise
(Od sastojaka je potrebno:
-200 g testa
-100 g slanine
-1 crvena paprika
-1 šargarepa
-1 tikvica
-100 g sira
-2 supene kašike ulja
-Vegeta po ukusu
- 250ml majoneza)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Pour 1 liter of water into the pot and put it on the stove to start boiling, then put the dough to boil according to the instructions on the bag.
Chop the onion into small pieces.Chop the pepper into small pieces.
Grate the carrot and zucchini on a grater.
Then pour a little oil into the pan and sauté the onion, carrot,zucchini and pepper.
Finely chop 100 g of bacon and fry in a pan (you can use more than 100 g if you want the taste of bacon to be stronger)
When the dough has cooled, strain it and cool it, then pour the dough into a large bowl and mix it with 2 tablespoons of oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
Add stewed onion, carrot and zucchini to that dough. Then add 100 g of cheese and sliced bacon.
Then add mayonnaise and if it's less salty, you can arbitrarily add vegetables to enhance the taste.
Mix all ingredients and combine. The meal is ready.

NAČIN PRIPREME:
U šerpu sipati 1 l vode i staviti na ringlu da počne da vri, zatim staviti testo da se obari po uputstvu sa kese.
Luk iseckati na sitne komade.Papriku iseckati na sitne komade. Šargarepu i tikvicu izrendati na rendo. Zatim u tiganj sipati malo ulja i izdinstati luk, šargarepu i tikvicu i papriku.
100 g slanine sitno iseckati i ispeći u tiganju ( može i više od 100 g ako želite da se jače oseća ukus slanine)
Kada se testo obari procediti ga i ohladiti, zatim testo sipati u veću posudu i pomešati sa 2 supene kašike ulja da se testo ne bi slepilo. U to testo dodati dinstan luk, šargarepu, tikvice i papriku. Zatim dodati 100 g sira i isprečenu slaninu. Zatim dodati majonez i ako je manje slano možete proizvoljno dodati vegetu da pojačate ukus. Sve sastojke izmešati i sjediniti. Obrok je spreman.
