¡Hola amigos, feliz fin de semana! Espero que se encuentren bien y que hayan tenido un increíble día. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios. Cómo les comentaba en un post pasado, hace unos días tuve la oportunidad de conocer una tienda asiática increíble, en el lugar vendían una gran variedad de productos y por supuesto, aprovechando que estaba allí tenía que comprar algunos dulces para probar.
Entre las opciones escogí unos Mochis sabor mango y chocolate con café, un pudin de yogurt, mecatos el cual uno era sabor de carne y el otro de chicharrón si no estoy mal, compré algunas gomitas, unas bolitas masticables de sandía, unas especias para la cocina, una soda que me pareció bastante curiosa ya que tenía un pikachu llamativo, entre otros dulces, también, aprovechando que en el lugar vendían medicinas para el cansancio y estrés del cuerpo decidí comprar unas ampollas de Ginseng rojo que según había visto tiene muy buenas reseñas.
Como no pude esperar tanto tiempo, al día siguiente decidí probar un poco los dulces junto a Fer, los Mochis nos decepcionaron bastante ya que en lo personal su sabor no era agradable (nada como el helado de mochi) sobre todo el de chocolate y café, el de mango pasaba un poco más pero igual tenía una textura y sabor que no nos terminaba de convencer, la soda resultó ser agua con gas que después de preparar con limón y unos arándanos tomó un sabor súper rico, por otro lado, los mecatos y las bolitas masticables salvaron el día ya que su sabor era adictivo (sobre todo los mecatos) y sin duda, mi favorito fue el pudin de yogurt, era bastante esponjoso, suave y con un sabor muy rico.
Aún no he tenido la oportunidad de cocinar con las especias pero espero pronto tener un espacio para compartir una receta con ustedes, sobre todo, usando el aceite de sésamo, hubo algunos dulces que preferí traerle de recuerdo a mi sobrino Maxi y claro, las ampollas que compré me gustaron bastante y sentí que me ayudaron en el día a día.
La verdad, me gustaría volver o encargar otros dulces ya que la tienda hace envíos nacionales, pero está vez escogería con mucho más cuidado, sobre todo, porque los empaques son muy llamativos y a veces (o como fue en mi caso) terminan deslumbrando pero son todo lo contrario. As I told you in a previous post, a few days ago I had the opportunity to visit an amazing Asian store, in the place they sold a great variety of products and of course, taking advantage that I was there I had to buy some sweets to try.
Among the options I chose some mango and chocolate flavored Mochis with coffee, a yogurt pudding, mecatos which one was meat flavor and the other crackling if I'm not wrong, I bought some gummies, some watermelon chewy balls, some spices for the kitchen, a soda that I found quite curious because it had a flashy pikachu, among other sweets, also, taking advantage that the place sold medicines for fatigue and stress of the body I decided to buy some ampoules of red Ginseng that as I had seen has very good reviews.
As I couldn't wait that long, the next day I decided to try some of the sweets with Fer, the Mochis were quite disappointing because personally their flavor was not pleasant (nothing like the mochi ice cream) especially the chocolate and coffee, the mango one was a little better but it still had a texture and flavor that didn't convince us, the soda turned out to be sparkling water that after preparing it with lemon and some blueberries had a super rich flavor, on the other hand, the mecatos and the chewy balls saved the day since their flavor was addictive (especially the mecatos) and without a doubt, my favorite was the yogurt pudding, it was quite fluffy, soft and with a very rich flavor.
I have not yet had the opportunity to cook with the spices but I hope soon to have a space to share a recipe with you, especially, using the sesame oil, there were some sweets that I preferred to bring as a souvenir to my nephew Maxi and of course, the ampoules that I bought I quite liked and I felt that they helped me in the day to day.
The truth is that I would like to come back or order other candies since the store ships nationally, but this time I would choose much more carefully, especially because the packaging is very flashy and sometimes (or as it was in my case) they end up dazzling but they are the opposite.
