¡Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que estén bien y que hayan tenido un lindo día. Por mi parte, me encuentro bastante bien gracias a Dios, como les comentaba en un post anterior, el día de ayer tuve la oportunidad de almorzar en un restaurante que me encanta y es que al ser el último día de mi suegra en la ciudad, decidimos despedirla con un rico almuerzo al estilo árabe.
Cómo era día de semana Fer y mi suegra pasaron por mi a la universidad por lo que terminamos almorzando un poco más tarde de lo habitual Pero en parte fue algo positivo ya que al llegar al restaurante este estaba algo vacío por lo que la atención fue rápida, como siempre, nos dieron ensalada de cortesía junto con pan árabe y salsa de ajo que estaba realmente deliciosa.
Para plato fuerte me decidí por un mini mixto árabe que tiene un poco de todo, arroz de almendras con pollo y carne molida, quibbeh, hojas de repollo rellenas, hummus, hojas de Parra rellenas, entre otras cositas que estaban realmente deliciosas, la verdad es que siempre que voy a este restaurante está es la opción que pido ya que me encanta.
Por otra parte, Fer y mi suegra se decidieron por medio pollo al carbón que estaba realmente delicioso, este venía acompañado con yuca, bollo y su famosa salsa de ajo. Pedimos una limonada natural tipo frappé para acompañar y al final nos paso algo muy lindo y es que al ser clientes fieles y como mi suegra es amiga del señor que siempre nos atiende, nos regalaron unos dulces árabes para el postre que estaban increíbles.
Sin duda, fue un almuerzo de despedida lleno de comida deliciosa y linda compañía. A pesar de que Barranquilla ya cuenta con otras opciones de restaurantes árabes, está siempre será mi opción favorita. Sin más, espero que hayan tenido un lindo día amigos, nos leemos en una próxima. Un abrazo ❤️

As for me, I'm feeling pretty good thanks to God, as I told you in a previous post, yesterday I had the opportunity to have lunch at a restaurant that I love and since it was my mother-in-law's last day in the city, we decided to see her off with a nice Arabian style lunch.
As it was a weekday Fer and my mother-in-law picked me up from the university so we ended up having lunch a little later than usual. But it was partly a good thing because when we arrived at the restaurant it was a little empty so the service was quick, as usual, we were given a complimentary salad along with Arab bread and garlic sauce which was really delicious.
For the main course I decided on a mini mixed Arabian dish that has a little bit of everything, almond rice with chicken and ground beef, quibbeh, stuffed cabbage leaves, hummus, stuffed grape leaves, among other things that were really delicious, the truth is that whenever I go to this restaurant this is the option I always ask for because I love it.
On the other hand, Fer and my mother-in-law decided to order half a charcoal grilled chicken, which was really delicious, accompanied with yucca, bun and their famous garlic sauce. We ordered a frappé lemonade to go with it and at the end something very nice happened to us, since we are loyal customers and my mother-in-law is a friend of the man who always serves us, they gave us some Arabian sweets for dessert that were incredible.
Without a doubt, it was a farewell lunch full of delicious food and nice company. Although Barranquilla already has other options of Arabian restaurants, this will always be my favorite option. Without further ado, I hope you had a nice day friends, see you in the next one. A hug ❤️
