Lo siguiente que utilizaremos para sazonar nuestra ensalada es mayonesa y mostaza; sin medida especifica; es decir; al gusto.

Procedimiento.
- Iniciamos lavando la papa para luego pelar y cortar en cuadritos pequeños. En una olla añadimos abundante agua y los cuadrito de papa; sancochamos; para ganar tiempo también añadí el huevo junto con la papa; así ambos se sancochan al mismo tiempo.

- We begin by washing the potato and then peel and cut it into small squares. In a pot we add abundant water and the potato squares; we boil them; to save time I also added the egg together with the potato; this way both are boiled at the same time.
Ya sancochado la papa y el huevo; colamos; reservamos la papa ya picada y sancochada.
Once the potato and egg have been parboiled; strain; reserve the chopped and parboiled potato.
Luego comenzamos a picar en forma pequeño; cuadritos: tomate,cebolla,huevo.
Then we start chopping in small squares: tomato, onion, egg.
En un recipiente de tu preferencia; comenzamos armar la ensalada; vamos echando todo lo previamente picado.
In a bowl of your choice; we begin to assemble the salad; we pour everything previously chopped.
Culminamos agregando: mayonesa, mostaza, sal y pimienta negra.
We finish adding: mayonnaise, mustard, salt and black pepper.
Mezclamos; para decorar coloque tiras de pimentón color verde; en el centro de la ensalada.
