Carne: Así estuvo mi almuerzo hoy.🍣
Hola! hola! Carne es una proteína frecuente en mi alimentación; me gusta por su aporte nutricional; aquí compartir fotografías de mi almuerzo; inicie descongelando dos piezas de carne.
Meat is a frequent protein in my diet; I like it for its nutritional contribution; here I share pictures of my lunch; I started by defrosting two pieces of meat.
Desayunamos tarde y debíamos salir a comprar cerdo; en un lugar donde nos recomendaron donde el kilos de cerdo es económico; generalmente lo compramos en supermercado Río pero sentimos curiosidad por ir a comprar a ese bodegón y si economizamos dinero; pues que bien.
Bueno chicos compramos cerdo y pasamos por donde mi hermana y nos dio unas caraotas ya preparadas, solo para calentar; y yo exclame: que bien!.
Llegamos a casa y enseguida a prender la parrillera; la carne la sazone con sal, pimienta negra (al gusto)
We had a late breakfast and we had to go out to buy pork; in a place where they recommended us where the kilos of pork is economical; we usually buy it in supermarket Rio but we were curious to go to buy at that bodegón and if we save money; well, that's good.Well guys, we bought pork and we went to my sister's place and she gave us some beans already prepared, just to heat them up; and I exclaimed: that's great!
We arrived home and immediately we started the grill; the meat was seasoned with salt and black pepper (to taste).
La parrillera debe de estar bien caliente para colocar las dos piezas de carne de res y debemos cocinar a fuego bajo.
The grill must be very hot to place the two pieces of beef and we must cook over low heat.
Debemos ir volteando para que se cocine bien por ambos lados.
We must flip it so that it cooks well on both sides.
Quedara a elección el termino de cocción ; a nosotros (mi amado)nos gusta termino medio.
It will be up to you to choose the cooking time; we (my beloved) like medium.
Estas piezas de carne quedara jugosas y sabrosas.
These pieces of meat will be juicy and tasty.
