Estuvimos almorzando cachapas con queso,carne,cochino. Comparto con ustedes algunas fotografías. De regreso de un viaje que hicimos, pasamos almorzando en restaurant Los Caobos en Ciudad Bolívar; ya nos había recomendado el sitio para comer cachapas.
Having cachapas for lunch in Los Caobos 🌽🍺.We were having lunch cachapas with cheese,meat,pork. I share with you some pictures. On our way back from a trip we made, we had lunch at Los Caobos restaurant in Ciudad Bolivar; I had already recommended the place to eat cachapas.
Es un restaurant campestre con amplias instalaciones; tienen un área al aire libre y otra con aire acondicionado; elegimos la segunda opción; el sitio estaba solo; considerando que era un día miércoles; pensamos que se llena los fines de semana; pero después comenzaron a llegar mas clientes.
It is a country restaurant with ample facilities; they have an outdoor area and another one with air conditioning; we chose the second option; the place was lonely; considering it was a Wednesday; we thought it gets crowded on weekends; but then more customers started to arrive.
Iniciamos ordenando par de cervezas. Desde luego brindamos por estar allí y estar vivos; es un habito que tenemos: brindar por esos momentos juntos.
We started by ordering a couple of beers. Of course we toasted to being there and being alive; it's a habit we have: toasting to those moments together.
Después de unos minutos llego nuestro almuerzo; esa cachapa con queso estaba deliciosa.
After a few minutes our lunch arrived; that cachapa with cheese was delicious.
La carne también tiene lo suyo; estaba blanda y sabrosa.
The meat also has its own thing; it was tender and tasty.
Sin duda es la mejor cachapa que venden por aquí.
It is undoubtedly the best cachapa they sell around here.
