Para calmar mis deseos de algo dulce para comer en la tarde realice un pastel de pan y aquà te enseño esta dulce receta; entonces sin mas demora comencemos.
Delicious homemade bread cake đ°To satisfy my craving for something sweet to eat in the afternoon, I made a bread cake, and here I'll show you this sweet recipe. So, without further ado, let's get started.
- Pan Frances, 4.
- Leche liquids, 2 tazas.
- 4 huevos.
- AzĂșcar, 1"1/2 taza.
- Pasitas, 100 gramos.
- Vainilla, 1 cucharada.
- Ron, 1 cucharada.
- French bread, 4 slices.
- Milk, 2 cups.
- 4 eggs.
- Sugar, 1œ cups.
- Raisins, 100 grams.
- Vanilla, 1 tablespoon.
- Rum, 1 tablespoon.
Inicio cortando pan en trozos pequeños; seguidamente agrego leche liquida, pasas, ron, vainilla y dejo remojando. Reservar.
Start by cutting the bread into small pieces; then add milk, raisins, rum, vanilla, and let it soak. Set aside.
Mientras hago el caramelo se van uniendo sabores en la mezcla con los trozos de pan, para el caramelo pongo en una olla a fuego medio 1/2 taza de azĂșcar y dejo caramelizar; retiro del fuego y vierto el contenido en el recipiente que utilizo para hornear. Reservo.

Como Ășltimo ingrediente añado huevos y mezclo.

Coloco en el recipiente para hornear, tapo con papel de aluminio y lo horneo por 45 minutos en baño de maria.
