Ice cream is one of those things that always hit home. Unless you are lactose intolerant and have to consume dairy-free version of it, you are pretty much having any kind of ice cream you can find around your place.
A few months ago, a new ice-cream parlor opened up in town. I say parlor because it is a fancy place with some fancy options of flavors that rotate according to the day of the week. Of course, @octocel and I had plans to go there sometime and have a taste at the ice cream.
I had already had some one day my parents went there. They did not like it. It was mostly about the pricing. It is not cheap. A single scoop is around 5$ and everything gets more expensive from there. The idea is that this place serves some kind of flavors and textures that are not found in the city.
The name of the parlor is Bariloche. Yes, like the region in Argentina. It is a homage to an older parlor that used to be located downtown in Cumaná. The older place place was famous by it's strawberry and cherry flavors. Nowadays, the new parlor still keeps the tradition going of having really good fruit flavors. However, they have also introduced frozen yogurt to their many. That way there are more options to have ice cream with toppings.
My girlfriend had some of this frozen yogurt. I had some ice cream. Giving Dubai Chocolate a chance and a Nocciola ice cream a taste. The latter was by far my favorite. The yogurt was also quite good.
This is definitely a nice place to have a date if it were not by the fact that there is usually a lot of sunlight until around 5. Maybe in the future the open space will have some roofing. For now, they are doing great with their ice creams.
