Today you bring us an original recipe that looks delicious. I know those aubergines, I used to work in a greengrocer's and sold them. They have a milder flavour than the others, although you still have to remove some of the bitterness, but I always prefer them even though they are not always easy to find.

The combination of chicken and aubergines prepared this way is something I have to try. I think it will be very good, and I love the tomato ingredient because it's one of my favourites. Nos traes hoy una receta original y se ve deliciosa. Conozco esas berenjenas, trabaje en una verdularia o fruteria y las vendía, son de un sabor más suave que las otras, aunque igualmente hay que quitarle un poco lo amargo, pero las prefiero siempre aunque no son fáciles de encontrar a veces.

La combinación del pollo con las berenjenas hecho de esa manera es algo que tengo que probar, creo quedará muy bien y el ingrediente del tomate me encanta, porque es uno de mis favoritos.
