Greetings, my dear fellow diners at @hivefood, the most delicious community on #Hive.
Today I want to tell you that my delicious quesillos are now part of many Colombian tables. Little by little, they have earned a special place and now people ask me to make them the star of snacks, lunches, and celebrations.
On December 16, the novenas begin, and during these days it is traditional to gather with family, pray, sing, and then share a feast of delicious foods. Custard and fritters are a must, and this year, to my delight, quesillos will also be present. I have several orders for these special gatherings, which excites and motivates me greatly.

Hoy quiero contarles que mis deliciosos quesillos ya forman parte de muchas mesas colombianas. Poco a poco, se han ido ganando un espacio especial y ahora me los piden para ser protagonistas de meriendas, almuerzos y también de momentos de celebración.
El 16 de diciembre comienzan las novenas y en estos días es tradición reunirse en familia, rezar, cantar y, luego, hacer un compartir lleno de cosas ricas. No pueden faltar las natillas y los buñuelos, y este año, para mi felicidad, los quesillos también estarán presentes. Tengo varios pedidos para esos encuentros tan especiales, lo que me emociona y me motiva muchísimo.

For more than thirty years, I have been carefully preparing each cheese, thinking about those who will enjoy it. The one I am showing you today is for a very special occasion, and so will be the presentation of those I am going to deliver for the novenas, taking care of every detail, from the flavor to the way it is presented..
I love to add a special touch to everything, full of love. I firmly believe that this can be felt, that it transcends the packaging and goes straight to the table and the heart. So I continue, grateful and happy to be part of these beautiful family moments in Colombia.
Desde hace más de treinta años, preparo cada quesillo con cuidado, pensando en quienes lo van a disfrutar. El que hoy les muestro es para una ocasión muy especial, y así será la presentación que llevarán los que voy a entregar para las novenas, cuidando cada detalle, desde el sabor hasta la forma de presentarlo.
Me encanta ponerle a todo un toque especial y lleno de cariño. Creo firmemente que eso se siente, que traspasa el empaque y llega directo a la mesa y al corazón. Así sigo, agradecida y feliz de ser parte de estos momentos familiares tan bonitos en tierra colombiana.
