A few days ago, I got carried away by the Crepes & Waffles advertisement I saw while checking my cell phone. They had an ad for a new Crunch milkshake that instantly grabbed me. The ingredients and the way they described the chocolate crunch made me feel like I was already tasting it. It's funny how sometimes a good ad can awaken all the senses, isn't it? For me, it left me wanting to run out and buy it.
So I decided to go and try it, taking advantage of this long weekend. I went for a walk with my family with the special intention of going straight to Crepes & Waffles. As soon as I got to the place, the first thing I noticed was how the picture of the milkshake on the menu looked almost identical to the one I saw in the ad. That alone got my taste buds going.

Hace unos días, me dejé llevar por la publicidad de Crepes & Waffles que vi mientras revisaba mi celular. Tenían un anuncio de una nueva malteada Crunch que me atrapó al instante. Los ingredientes y la forma en que describían el crujido del chocolate me hicieron sentir como si ya la estuviera saboreando. Es curioso cómo a veces un buen anuncio puede despertar todos los sentidos, ¿no? A mí, me dejó con ganas de salir corriendo a comprarla.
Así que decidí ir a probarla, aprovechando este fin de semana largo. Me fui de paseo con mi familia con la intención especial de ir directo a Crepes & Waffles. Apenas llegué al lugar, lo primero que noté fue cómo la foto de la malteada en el menú parecía casi idéntica a la que vi en el anuncio. Ya eso hizo que mis papilas se activaran.

The first taste was just what I expected, even better. The crunch of the frozen chocolate, the almonds, although I would have liked it to have more, mixed with the creamy and refreshing taste of the milkshake was simply delicious. That perfect balance of sweet, creamy and crunchy made it irresistible. I enjoyed it slowly, sip by sip, I didn't want it to be over so fast.
Definitely, this crunch milkshake from Crepes & Waffles exceeded my expectations and I will definitely order it again to enjoy it on my next visit.
La primera probada fue justo lo que esperaba, incluso mejor. El crujido del chocolate congelado, las almendras, aunque me hubiera gustado que tuviera más, mezclado con el sabor cremoso y refrescante de la malteada era simplemente delicioso. Ese balance perfecto entre dulce, cremoso y crujiente lo hacía irresistible. La disfruté despacio, sorbo a sorbo, no quería que se terminara tan rápido.
Definitivamente, esta malteada crunch de Crepes & Waffles superó mis expectativas y seguro la pediré de nuevo para disfrutarla en mi próxima visita.
