Greetings @apnigrich, oh, thanks a lot for the contribution; I didn't know that was the name for those pastries in Russia.
All countries have similar dishes made from flour and meat. The only difference is in the composition of flour and meat. And the cooking methods are cooking and frying. But the names, of course, vary.
That's right; each region has its own cooking method and way of preparing food.
