AssalamuAlaikum & Greetings Hive Family!
Hive friends, today I am sharing a simple and delicious recipe with you because Ramadan is coming and this recipe is liked everywhere during Iftar. It is very easy to make. Its name is Dumplings (Pakoriyan or Dahi Bhale), which is called in our local language.
Following are the ingredients of this dumplings recipe, you can put all ingredients as per tast and your choice.

- Peas
- Onion (finely chopped)
- Green chillies (chopped)
- White gram (boiled)
- Curd / Yogurt
- Potato (boiled & cubed)
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Gram chaat powder
- Dumplings
First, soak the white chickpeas for two to three hours so that they become soft and then boil them.

At the same time, you will also boil the plantains. When they become soft, remove them from the stove, peel the plantains and chop them. We also have to soak the dumplings for half an hour so that they also become soft.

Now we will take a bowl and add all these ingredients in it one by one. First I have added the dumplings, then I have chopped the onion and added it, then I have added the chopped onions which are boiled, boiled chickpeas and peas, then I have added the green chillies and finally I have added black pepper, salt and chickpea chaat powder to it. We will mix it up so that all these ingredients are mixed with each other.

Finally, we will add yogurt to it. After mixing it, our pakori recipe is ready, which we can dish out.

I have prepared these dumplings and their taste is truly amazing. You too can make such dumplings and eat them with great enthusiasm in this blessed month of Ramadan and serve them to your guests or other family members.
