Sesame Beef and Beansprouts Stir Fry (Bulgogi)

in #foodyesterday

Hi Friends!

It was nice, warm, sunny in the morning. I managed to plant 3 geranium stalks. They were broken from their bigger plant a couple of weeks ago, I soaked them in water and they grew roots out, and today finally I could plant them. Watered everywhere in the garden, and boom. It's freaking gloomy out of the blue 😔 It was supposed to be 26C today. I supposed 26C for thunderstorm, not so much for a sunny day. Darn it.

I sent my husband to Canadian Tire to get me a couple bags of soil, thinking I was gonna repot some indoor plants of mine, which the porch would be a great place to do so, but with the sky looking so dark and winds getting strong, I don't think it will be a good day to do so 😅 Poor husband 🤣

For today's recipe, is inspired from Bulgogi, but done as stir fry. Yep. Too lazy to grill and/or to cook on iron cast 😅 Smokey days here. So, not into cooking outside 😁
