Good Morning!
Foggy morning here at the moment, and only 16 C. This year we don't really have a lot of sunny days. Mostly wet days, but somehow am so glad in a way or two, as we don't really hear crazy wildfires news these days. Not saying there aren't any, just not as crazy.
How's weather and nature on your end, this year? Hopefully all is well with you all 😊
Let's get back to recipe share. This is great as is, perfect with rice, works for noodle topping as well.
800 g beef
2 tbsp ghee
1 small onion
4 garlic
2 bird eye chilies
1 thumb ginger
2 zucchini
1 bunch of kale
3 sweet peppers
1 bag sweet snap peas
Chicken bouillon powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Sweet paprika powder
Crushed chives
Crushed parsley
Sesame oil
Slice beef into strips and brown the strips in ghee, for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally
Meanwhile, slice garlic, onion, and ginger
Rip kale from the stems, soak in water
Slice zucchini, no need to peel the skin, and add them to the bowl of zucchini, along with sliced sweet peppers and sweet snap peas
Once 8 mins is up, stir in sliced garlic and all, stir fry for a minute or two, then stir in all the veggies
Cook for 5 mins, season with all the powders and crushed chives and parsley, then continue cooking til 8 minutes, and flavor more with sesame oil
Enjoy!
