I've recently celebrated a milestone birthday (think over the hill) and one of my favorite things about surviving another rotation around the sun is restaurants offering free food to celebrate the achievement!
This year, I'm taking advantage of the following restaurant food offerings:
Jimmy John’s: Free Sandwich!

The Cheesecake Factory: Free slice of cheesecake (with purchase). My favorite is Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake.
Starbucks: Free drink or food item! I got a sandwich.
Chipotle: Free Guacamole
Dunkin': Triple points on any purchase, which I am stacking with my $7/month Dunkin reimbursement credit card reward.
Subway: Free Cookie
Panda Express: Free Small Entree
InKind App (Various Restaurants): $25 off a $50 meal
We, The Pizza: Free 14" Cheese Pizza (I added a topping for $2)
It seems that more and more locations are only offering a free item if you purchase something else. Long gone are the days where every restaurant in town was offering a no-strings-attached free meal every year.
Some places I wish I had nearby include Firehouse Subs (free sandwich), Nothing Bundt Cakes (free bundlet), and Red Robin (free burger). Even though I can't get those three things this year, I think I made out pretty well with my list of birthday freebies this year.
