My first ever yogurt. Now i'm wondering - how have i never attempted making it?! It's definitely more liquidy than greek yogurt for example, but i'm guessing thicker consistency can be achieved if you strain the finished product for some time. But i like it the way it is.
Yogurt bowl has some thawed berries and 2 yogurt layers (plain one in the center and mixed with sugar-free syrup and soy protein isolate around the edges)
I'm already plotting the next batch.
