What do we need for this winter recipe:

A precooked Cotechino

First let's take care of the lentils, drain them well, then prepare a pan with two tablespoons of oil and put the drained lentils in it, turn on the heat to a slow flame, after which we add the salt and the curry, mix the lentils so that the curry mix well and cook for about ten minutes on a low heat. Then we prepare a pot of cold water where we will immediately put the bag of cotechino (usually the pre-cooked cotechino is placed in a plastic bag to be placed in cold water), we turn on the heat and when the water starts to boil we wait twenty minutes, boiling the casing after twenty minutes we turn off the heat and open the casing with scissors which will spread its cooking juices into the water, be careful not to burn yourself! Let's drain it and serve it with the cooked lentils and with a nice slice of Tuscan bread which is perfectly suited to this warm and nutritious dish.

¿Qué necesitamos para esta receta de invierno?

Un cotechino precocido

Primero cuidamos las lentejas, las escurrimos bien, luego preparamos una sartén con dos cucharadas de aceite y ponemos en ella las lentejas escurridas, encendemos el fuego a fuego lento, tras lo cual añadimos la sal y el curry, mezclamos lentejas para que se mezcle bien el curry y cocinar unos diez minutos a fuego lento. Luego preparamos una olla con agua fría donde inmediatamente pondremos la bolsa de cotechino (normalmente el cotechino precocido se coloca en una bolsa plástica para colocar en agua fría), encendemos el fuego y cuando el agua empiece a hervir esperamos veinte minutos, hervir la tripa al cabo de veinte minutos apagamos el fuego y abrimos la tripa con unas tijeras que esparcirán su jugo de cocción en el agua, ¡cuidado con quemarte!

Lo escurrimos y lo servimos con las lentejas cocidas y con una buena rebanada de pan toscano que combina perfectamente con este plato cálido y nutritivo. Un plato de invierno pero dada la estación es perfecto incluso ahora. Buen provecho Hivers.
