For two people you need
300g minced meat
1 onion
2 shangarepe
1 paradise
spice
pepper
5 pieces of paprika
1 tablespoon flour
Fry the meat, onion and sangarepa and add spices. When the meat is done, pierce the peppers and stuff them.
Pour an hour of water in the sherpa, put a teaspoon of spices. Close the peppers with the tomatoes and put them in the sherpa to simmer at 200C for half an hour.
When half an hour has passed, take the peppers out of the pan and put them in the firebox. Add a spoonful of flour to the water left in the sherpa and fry a little, when it is done, pour it over the peppers and put it in the oven for 20 minutes to bake at 200C.
