Haha we have a very good method, I'll describe it in detail in lieu of pics...
Step one, turn on the water until it's warm, jump in and get wet as fast as possible. Turn off water.
Step two, shampoo hair and lather up body.
Step three, turn water back on, rinse and gtfo before it runs out.
Our water is still being shit, we need more rain!
