Hi Friends,
While on a trip to Las Vegas recently, my wife and I tried a place off strip for lunch - Big B’s Texas BBQ. I had heard good things about it, and am a big fan of beef ribs, so I was excited.
However, the food was a bit of a disappointment. The beef ribs were not really edible as they were charred to a crisp and the rest of the food was average.
At least the beer on tap was good :)
A bit of a fail, but maybe we just had an off day for the pitmaster.
