It's been a rainy days, and so I have to sit in the kitchen for a long time again. But I made bread for that, and making it doesn't let the rain make me sad so that I can't go out for a walk and find for pictures.
A light, simple bread, it came out good, and it's good to eat with a savory lunch.
Bread consists of dry yeast, flour, salt, sugar, and water.
Looks like it turned out really well! I can never get my dough to raise properly when I use yeast.
