I was inspired by what you’re doing, eating only vegetables every Tuesday. I like the idea of intentionally setting aside one day a week to go meat-free and focus purely on vegetables.

By the way, when a restaurant offers both great food and a cozy ambiance, it’s almost guaranteed to have a high customer retention rate.
