Right! I never thought of doing Rotel until I ran across that woman's video. Now, I would love to make another batch with the last of the green tomatoes waiting to ripen. Pulled the last pepper and tomatoes yesterday. Only have jalapenos, beets, and carrots still growing, oh and both white potatoes and purple sweet potatoes. You must be busy with your harvesting too. The nights are getting quite cool now.
