What you say is very true. Eating healthy isn't always more expensive, and I think it has to do with our choice of foods, or where we buy our food, given that marketing over the years has made things more expensive.

In these bad economic times, we have to be smart and sensible when shopping; I loved your purchase.

The dishes are excellent; they look exquisite.

Marketing is another layer to add cost into our food. As much as I love going to cafe, I start learning how to make them at home too and it's always way cheaper 😄
