If I do what I love I don't consider it work, but if I really didn't need to do anything... a job to live... I close my eyes and I transport myself to that reality.
There are so many things to do, so many things to enjoy in this life that sometimes I think if I would have enough time to do them all.
I fly in my imagination, in my thoughts to that place where ideas and potential futures are created and being there I can see what I would do if I didn't need to work, if all that time dedicated to forging what is necessary to live, could be dedicated to everything else and that everything else is very big.
If I didn't have to work it's because I have all the money I could possibly have, more than I could imagine and I wouldn't have to measure or do the maths, the money would sprout from the trees. Mental note... I must plant the money trees.
One of the things I would be doing is travelling, travelling to the most beautiful places that contain exotic nature, travelling through incredible landscapes, caves, I love exploring, paradisiacal beaches, forests, natural spaces where man has not polluted them, where they are solitary. That's what I would love, to be able to feel that energy that the human race has not intervened in.
You learn a lot from travelling, you learn about other cultures, so I would also travel to different cities or places in the world that I would like to visit, such as Egypt. I've always been attracted by the pyramids, archaeology and the history of that country. But I would also travel to others with an interesting history, with exquisite architecture and a lot of art... I would travel... I would travel, as I am doing right now in my mind.
I would also paint pictures much more than I do right now, just for the fun of it. I imagine being on the beach or in a natural space with my easel right there painting the various scenes that the space gives me.
I would read a lot more than I do right now, but more than that, I would write, I've always had a passion for writing. I remember when I was 19 I used to write a lot of poems and I was very good at it. I would dedicate my afternoons and evenings to writing, because it's the time of day when I'm most inspired, with soft music playing in the background and getting into those imaginary worlds, capturing them in writing.
And as I always say, I love to learn, but above all to learn from myself and from that energy that cannot be seen, but exists, I would dedicate even more time than I do today to that and to be in the presence of those mentors who have helped me so much and to be able to share with them certain experiences, learning much more.
If I didn't need to work, I would dedicate my time to myself and everything I like to do, I am passionate about. And you, what would you do if you didn't need to work?
I love having made this mental journey and creating this potential future thanks to the weekend themes that @galenkp offers us, they are all thought-provoking.
Thank you very much for reading me today, I wish you a great weekend. See you soon.
